Deposits, Withdrawals and Verification at LuckyMate

Last updated: October 11, 2026

This page covers what actually happens at the LuckyMate cashier: which methods we support, how fast your money moves in each direction, what limits apply in GBP, and what we need from you before a withdrawal clears.

We built our cashier around the payment habits of UK players. That means debit and credit cards as a default, Revolut for anyone who banks digitally, a standard bank transfer option for larger sums, and a crypto rail for players who prefer Bitcoin, Ethereum or USDT. Every method deposits instantly or close to it. Withdrawals vary by method and by whether your account has completed verification.

These figures are typical ranges, not guarantees. Your own limits can be adjusted by our cashier team depending on your verification level and payment history, and network conditions can occasionally slow crypto confirmations. If you need a higher limit for a specific withdrawal, contact support before you request it.

Verification: why it happens and when

Deposits at LuckyMate never require identity checks, which is part of why sign-up is quick. Withdrawals are different. Before your first payout, and occasionally again if your play pattern changes, we ask for proof of identity and proof of payment method. This is standard across the UK online gaming market and it protects both your funds and ours.

  • Proof of identity: a passport, UK driving licence or national ID, clear and unexpired
  • Proof of address: a recent utility bill or bank statement, usually dated within 90 days
  • Proof of payment method: a photo of the card used (middle digits and security code hidden) or a screenshot of the Revolut or bank account used to fund your account
  • For crypto withdrawals: confirmation that the receiving wallet address belongs to you

How we handle crypto, in plain terms

Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDT deposits are converted to your account balance in GBP at the exchange rate active when the transaction is confirmed on-chain. Your balance inside LuckyMate is always shown in GBP, regardless of which crypto you used to fund it. This means your in-game balance does not move up or down with crypto market prices after the deposit lands. When you withdraw to crypto, we convert your GBP balance back to the coin you choose at the rate current at the time of processing, then send it to the wallet address on file for your account.

  • Only send funds from a wallet you control, never from an exchange custodial address where the destination tag is shared with other users
  • Double-check the wallet address and network before confirming any crypto deposit or withdrawal
  • Crypto deposits usually need network confirmations before funds appear, so allow a short delay even though the transaction itself is instant
  • Crypto withdrawals are typically the fastest route to cash out once your account is verified

Fees and currency handling

We do not add our own fee on top of standard deposits or withdrawals. Your card issuer, bank or the crypto network itself may apply a small processing or network fee outside of our control, so check with your provider if you want an exact figure before sending. All balances, bonuses and limits on LuckyMate are quoted in GBP for UK players, which keeps your cashier statements easy to read against your bank account.

If a payment goes wrong

Most payment issues come down to one of three things: a typo in a crypto wallet address, a verification document that is blurry or expired, or a card issuer blocking the transaction on their end for security reasons. If a deposit does not reflect in your balance within 30 minutes, or a withdrawal is taking longer than the ranges above, contact our support team with your transaction reference and timestamp ready. Do not attempt the same payment twice while you wait, since duplicate transactions make reconciliation slower.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Verification at LuckyMate

What is the fastest way to withdraw from LuckyMate?

Crypto withdrawals in Bitcoin, Ethereum or USDT are typically the fastest once your account is verified, often clearing in under an hour. Revolut is the quickest traditional option, usually same day.

Why do I need to verify my identity before a withdrawal?

Deposits are instant and check-free, but withdrawals require proof of identity, address and payment method to protect your account and meet standard practice for UK online gaming. Submitting documents early, right after you register, prevents delays later.

Does my casino balance change if the crypto price moves?

No. We convert crypto deposits to GBP at the rate when the transaction confirms, and your LuckyMate balance stays in GBP from that point. It does not fluctuate with the crypto market afterwards.

Are there fees on deposits or withdrawals?

We do not charge our own fee on standard transactions. Your bank, card issuer or the relevant crypto network may apply a small fee on their side, which is outside our control.

What should I do if my deposit has not arrived?

Wait 30 minutes to allow for processing or network confirmations, then email [email protected] with your username, the method used and the approximate transaction time so our payments team can trace it.
