Eligibility to play
You must be 18 years of age or older to register a LuckyMate account, deposit funds or play any game on our site. We may ask you to confirm your date of birth and identity at various points, and we reserve the right to suspend any account where we reasonably believe the player does not meet our minimum age requirement. Opening more than one account per person, household or device is not permitted. If we detect duplicate accounts, we may close them and withhold any balance pending review.
By registering, you confirm that online gambling is lawful in your location and that you are acting in your own name and for your own benefit, not on behalf of anyone else.
Your account
Each player may hold one LuckyMate account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account without permission.

We reserve the right to refuse, withdraw or cancel a bonus, and to void associated winnings, where we find evidence of bonus abuse, multiple accounts, or use of the bonus in a way that breaches the specific offer terms.
Deposits and withdrawals

Withdrawals are normally paid out using the same method you used to deposit. Where that is not possible, we will agree an alternative method with you. We may decline a withdrawal, or ask for further checks, if we suspect fraud, breach of these terms, or a breach of any applicable bonus conditions.

Fair play and account closure
